How To Use Blondor Liquid Toner
Blondor Toners
Directions: Use on pre-lightened hair. Mix 1 part Blonder Toner with 2 parts 1.94%(6vol) or 6%(20vol) Welloxon Perfect developer. Apply to towel-dried hair and develop up to 30 minutes, checking frequently for desired result. DO NOT USE WITH HEAT.Brass Kicker
Directions: Mix 1 capful up to 3 capfuls of Brass Kicker with 1 bottle of Blondor Liquid Toner. For every 1 capful of Brass Kicker, add 2 capfuls of developer (1:2 mixing ratio). #PROTIP: One capful of Brass Kicker measures as 2g.” Then mix 1-part toner mixture with 2 parts Welloxon Perfect developer (e.g. 60g of toner + 2g Brass Kicker + 124g developer). Apply to the hair using either an applicator bottle (recommended) or bowl and brush. Develop for up to 30 minutes. DO NOT USE WITH HEAT.Title Default Title
